By creating an account, browsing, or using PetMolly ("we", "us", "the app"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

You must be at least 18 years old (or 13 with a parent or guardian's permission) to use PetMolly.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and take responsibility for all activity under your account.

One account per person. Impersonating others or creating fake profiles is prohibited.

Treat other members with respect. Harassment, hate speech, threats, and bullying are not tolerated.

Animal welfare is core to PetMolly. Any content or action depicting cruelty, neglect, or illegal treatment of animals will be removed and may lead to account termination.

Do not spam, post misleading content, or attempt to scam other users.

Sellers are responsible for setting fair prices and ensuring every listing is legal and accurate.

The sale of endangered, protected, or illegally bred species is strictly prohibited.

Transactions happen between users. PetMolly facilitates the listing, checkout, and payment but is not the seller of record.

Sellers must comply with all local pet-sale, vaccination, and licensing laws.

Streamers may receive virtual gifts from viewers during live streams.

The platform commission on every gift is 50%. The streamer receives the remaining 50% of the gift's coin value as net earnings.

Coins are a virtual currency. They hold no cash value until converted to a payout according to our withdrawal terms.

Streaming prohibited, illicit, or explicit content will result in immediate removal and account action.

Coin purchases and marketplace payments are processed through Stripe. All charges are final unless a refund is granted under our refund policy.

Sellers and streamers may withdraw eligible earnings according to the payout schedule and minimum thresholds shown in their earnings dashboard.

You may not use PetMolly to: commit fraud; sell illegal items or animals; distribute harmful code; scrape or reverse-engineer the app; or share content that infringes another person's rights.

Encouraging self-harm, violence, or dangerous challenges is prohibited.

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant PetMolly a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process that content within the app.

Do not post content you don't own or that violates someone else's intellectual property.

PetMolly is provided on an "as is" basis. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We are not liable for user-to-user transactions, the health or condition of any animal, or the quality of third-party services advertised on the app.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PetMolly after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
